Lightweight - Hernan Leandro Carrizo beat Sergio Javier Escobar by RTD 5 / 10 - Time: 0:09
Caseros, Buenos Aires, Argentina - Lightweight prospect Hernan "Lefty" Carrizo (12-0-1, 6KOs) stopped Sergio "Loco Lima" Escobar (15-15-2, 4KOs) in the fifth round of their rematch. They previously fought to a four round draw on May 15, 2010 at Luna Park Stadium. Carrizo started much faster in the rematch, landing hard right hands to the jaw of Escobar. After four rounds of sound punishment, Escobar remained on his stool when the bell was rung to initiate the start of round five. The referee counted Escobar out and declared Carrizo the winner by knockout.

WBO female jr middleweight champion Hanna Gabriel (13-0-1, 9 KOs) scored a controversial eighth round stoppage of Dakota Stone (10-9-5, 2 KOs). Local star Gabriel was outboxing the 42-year-old Stone, but the win was marred when referee Geno Rodriguez inexplicably waved the bout off with Stone in no trouble whatsoever. - Jr welterweight Elvin Perez (22-5-4, 15 KOs) knocked out Genaro Trazancos (22-16-1, 13 KOs) with a big left hook in round five. - Super featherweight Berman Sanchez (26-3-3, 17 KOs) scored a fourth round stoppage of Francisco Dianzo (23-9, 20 KOs). Sanchez dropped Dianzo in the third round and finished him in the fourth with a body shot. - Unbeaten super bantamweight Yoandris Salinas (15-0-1, 9 KOs) pounded out an eight round unanimous decision over Danny Erazo (3-4-1, 1 KO) by scores of 80-70, 79-73, 79-70.

WBO European light heavyweight beltholder Robin Krasniqi (37-2, 13 KOs) scored a twelfth round TKO over Hakim Zoulikha (16-3, 8 KOs). The bout looked to be headed to a decision when WBO #6 Krasniqi landed a crushing right hand that rocked Zoulikha and he got the stoppage with a furious follow up barrage. Time was 2:55.

Featherweight Jesus Rojas (18-1-1, 13 KOs) and Jose Luis Araiza (29-5-1, 20 KOs) battled to an eight round majority draw. Scores were 77-75 for Araiza and 76-76 twice. - Featherweight Claudio Marero (10-0, 9 KOs) scored a second round TKO over Francis Ruiz (9-6, 4 KOs). A rapid-fire barrage of punches got the fight stopped at 1:18.
