At the recent WUMA world championships which were held at the Palasport in Alcamo, Sicily, the Maltese kickboxing contingent returned to Malta with some very positive results. The Maltese competed in several categories and divisions in full & semi contact bouts. The complete medal haul of the Maltese Kickboxing athletes was quite impressive:

The Maltese participation at these championships was made possible through a joint effort between two local clubs both members of WUMA Malta.
