Friday 16 July -  is D – Day for Floyd Mayweather – Philippine Councilor Manny Pacquiao has indicated the 15th of July as the deadline for Mayweather’s to sign the proposals confirming their November clash.

The Pacquiao camp said that if the Mayweather – Pacquiao clash is not decided by Friday, they will immediately start negotiations with either Miguel Cotto or Antonio Margarito.

Mayweather Jr. beat out fellow boxer Manny “Pacman” Pacquiao and MMA superstar GSP for the 2010 Espn Espy award of “Best Fighter.”

Pacquiao won the BWAA (Boxing Writers Association of America) awards for “Fighter of the Year” and “Fighter of the Decade” which is voted on by members of the BWAA but Mayweather won the popularity vote when he bested Manny Pacquiao for the Espy.

ESPN2 Friday Night Fights - LAS VEGAS – World Boxing Association No. 9 rated light heavyweight Gayrat Ahmedov, the reigning WBC Asian Boxing Council and Interim PABA champion, faces his stiffest test as a pro July 23 against Dallas “Deaf Pride” Vargas (22-4, 16 KOs) in a 10-round, non-title fight at Tachi Palace Hotel & Casino in Lemoore, California.
