Ukraine’s Olympic Boxing Team, wins the 2nd International Boxing Elite Tournament "Republic of Kazakhstan President's Cup" which was held in Astana, Kazakhstan between June 28th and July 4th 2010.

After the rather disappointing performance at the “European Boxing Championships” in Moscow, Russia the Ukraine team seems to be back on track and gave a satisfactory performance in Kazakhstan.

This tournament saw the return of Ukraine’s Vasyl Lomachenko back into the ring.

Lomachenko won a gold medal in the 61 Kg category and was chosen as best boxer of the tournament.

Ukraine took two gold medals and had the highest team score of the tournament.
