WBA minimumweight champion Roman “Chocolatito” Gonzalez (26-0, 22 KOs) fighting in a Nicaraguan ring after a two year absence from  his home country. “Chocolatito” annihilated 19-year-old Jesus Limones (9-2-1, 4 KOs) in two rounds at the. Gonzalez floored Limones at the end of round one and finished him within seconds of the start of round two. The bout was fought in the jr flyweight division.

Former WBA lightweight champion Jose “Quiebra Jicara” Alfaro (24-6, 21 KOs), destroyed Joel Juarez (25-11-1) in a scheduled ten round super lightweight clash.

Former University of Rhode Island Football Player, Vladine Biosse (8-0, 4 KOs) in the main event of the evening defeated Ibahiem “The Almighty” King (7-5, 2 KOs) in an all action eight round bout. Biosse took control early in the bout. He continued to control the pace up until King landed a surprise counter that landed Biosse down on one knee in the fourth. Biosse recovered and dropped King twice in round six however King was able to hang on. In the end, Biosse walked away with the unanimous decision by scores of 77-73 twice and 77-72.

Joe Gardner (6-1-1, 1 KO) took a six round unanimous decision over New Bedford, MA’s Eric Pinarreta (2-5, 2 KOs) in a super middleweight bout. Scores of the bout were 59-55 twice and 60-54.

Heavyweight Eric Estrada (2-0, 2 KOs) stopped Washington D.C.’s Tauheed Wheeler (0-2) in less than one round after landing a barrage of unanswered punches. With Wheeler cowering in the corner, unable to defend himself, referee Joey Luppino stopped the bout at 2:40 of the opening round.

Former three time New England Golden Gloves titlist and Cape Cod native Jesse Barboza got a four round unanimous decision over South Carolina’s Antonio Robertson

Super welterweight Dustin Reinhold (3-1, 2 KOs) took a four round unanimous decision over 18 year old high school senior, Rameil Shelton (0-1) in his pro debut.

In the first bout of the evening. At 140 pounds, Jonathan Vazquez (2-0, 2 KOs) made quick work of stopping his opponent Shawn Pyles (0-2) by knocking him down twice in the opening round before the fight was stopped at 1:27.

Betuel Tyson Ushona from Namibia scored a seventh round stoppage win over Pius Dipheko of South Africa in a scheduled ten round welterweight bout. - Ushona takes his record to 22-0; 4 and Dipheko drops to 19-7-2; 3.

Former South African junior heavyweight champion Danie Venter (107.20kg) now fighting in the heavyweight division scored a laboured second win after being out of action for nearly four years with a six round points decision over Sting Gonorenda, from Zimbabwe.

Former South African and World Boxing Foundation junior featherweight champion Oscar Chauke (56.92kg) scored a first round TKO win over Gotlieb Ndokofho from Namibia in a featherweight contest. The time was 2:37.

In a light heavyweight match scheduled for six rounds Rudolph Venter (78.22kg) stopped Rudy Bruwer (79.02kg) at 45 seconds into the fifth round.

Ryno Liebenburg (78.62kg) scored his second win inside the distance since making his professional debut when he stopped Fikile Nyalungu (78.12kg) at 2 minute and 58 seconds into the first round of a light weight contest.

Junior welterweight contest Kyle Bothma scored a six round points decision over Jeremiah Joshua  from Tanzania.
